Most problems take one refresh to fix.

Subtitles are not appearing

Make sure the video has captions and Dubstack is on for that video. Choose the learning and translation tracks in the extension, then refresh the player once after installing or updating Dubstack.

YouTube captions are late or too long

Dubstack follows the timing supplied by YouTube. Human-made captions are usually cleaner than automatic captions, so choose one in Tracks when it is available. Switching Dubstack off restores the caption state it changed.

Premium did not activate

Open Dubstack and choose Check status. For another browser, open Use payment email and enter the email used at checkout. No license key is needed.

Billing, cancellation, or refunds

Use the subscription-management link in your Stripe receipt to cancel or update payment details. See the refund policy for mistaken purchases or setup problems.
